Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Develops and maintains master test plan for software project releases. • Manages the overall test process per the testing methodology, and ensures the testing methods meet the specifications. • Write SQLs and build reports through Business objects to execute test cases • Develops, maintains and upgrades manual test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans. • Effectively communicates testing activities and findings in oral and written forms. • Provides internal quality assurance. • Administers and controls test tools. • May mentor or train other Test Analysts in processes, methods, tools and best practices.
