MSSB Capital Markets is seeking an experienced C# developer to work on a
high-performance fixed-income trading solution. The application provides
traders with a sophisticated suite of pricing and analysis functions,
allowing them to manage a large number of positions and execute high volumes
of trades across numerous electronic trading venues.
The environment is fast-paced and business-focused. The ideal candidate will
have at least 5 years of programming experience, good analytical and
communication skills, and some knowledge of fixed income products.
Familiarity with event-driven systems, trading applications, and ECN trading
platforms are a plus.
Skills Required
-Significant C# experience, particularly WinForms and/or WPF for standalone
desktop applications
-Strong web service skills
-Experience with event-driven systems and multi-threaded programming
-Experience with high-performance, low-latency systems
-5+ years experience in systems development
Skills Desired
-Familiarity with Agile methodologies
-Knowledge of fixed income products
-C# ( Infragistics library ) experience
