Mandatory Experience
Minimum five (5) years of experience bringing up a large-scale NYS public
sector system.
Minimum three (3) years experience with PeopleSoft.
Demonstrated experience in each of the following:
Execution of Test Plans and the review and writing of test cases.
Understanding key functionality enhancements and guiding staff to create
comprehensive testing scenarios.
Working with diversified constituents to develop a common goal of delivery
and meet tight deadlines.
Managing the resolution of defects to deliver high quality, low to zero
defect releases.
Maintaining a high degree of business functional knowledge to help guide
common solutions to the customer community.
Ensuring that staff is working at a high functioning level.
Assisting in the maintenance of appropriate processing flow charts,
diagrams, tables, and other supporting documentation to convey proposed or
updated testing approaches.

Experience Minimum three (3) years experience with PeopleSoft, and
specifically: PeopleSoft Financials, EPM and Portal; Oracle ODI; Oracle
OBIEE; HP Quality Center; Quest STAT; Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability Ability to work closely with the following key groups: Office of
State Controller (OSC), state agencies, software developers, project
managers, and production support staff.
Ability Ability to work with a wide array of groups to understand the agreed
upon functionality, how the functionality will work, and how to guide the
staff and QA testers and vendors in the execution of test cases and
scenarios which will fully exercise system functionality.
Ability Ability to direct the completion of test cycles which comply with
the system development life cycle including integration, system, and user
acceptance testing.
Ability Ability to work across multiple facets of the project and juggle
multiple responsibilities and projects at the same time.
Ability Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
