*Qualifications and Responsibilities:- *
*1.Microsoft Technologies:- *
A strong working knowledge of the *Windows 2003/2008 server environment *from
installation and configuration to maintenance and support including domain
controllers/AD, IIS, Exchange, Dynamics, SharePoint, SQL server
administration and server clustering.
*2.In depth understanding of supporting technologies:- *
DHCP/DNS, Anti-Virus, Systems Management, Optimization Tuning, High
Availability configurations (*Microsoft Clustering, Sun and IBM
Bladecenters, *etc.)
3.Thorough understanding of enterprise datacenter technologies including
Networking, Security, TCP/IP, SAN (NetApp specifically), and physical
datacenter practices.
4.Leadership abilities with the responsibility for instructing, assigning,
and overseeing the performance of other systems engineers. Coordinates the
activities of the engineering team with other sections of the information
systems and business departments.
5.Ability to design and configure network management systems and implement
network security best-practices for TCP/IP networks.
6.Must have knowledge of system management best practices, scheduling and
recovering from SAN array snapshots, complete backup and restoration
capabilities (Symantec Netbackup).
7.VMware ESX installation and configuration with Virtual Center management.
8.Develop, maintain and document all business processes associated with
mission critical systems.
9.Prepare and submit status reports and appropriate documentation in a
timely manner.
10.Help achieve maximum up time for data and voice networks including
VPN/extranet, wireless, VoIP, out of band management, etc.
11.Computer Technology Degree preferred. Technical training, certifications
or equivalent relevant work experience.
12. Proven ability to interact effectively with clients, peers, and
management in order to determine requirements and business needs.
13. Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
14. Self-starter and competent to work in a multi-tasking, collaborative
environment.
15. Must be detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem solving
ability.

- Flexibility and willingness to provide off-hours coverage as needed.
- Some weekends, holidays and on-call as necessary.
- Will require the individual to carry a company issued cell phone.
- Some travel will be necessary.
