Position: PHP Developer
Job Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: 3-6 months
Role Description
Required Skills and Experience:
* PHP Zend Community Edition development experience
o PHP 5 experience is a must (PHP 5.3.2 is our current version)
o PHPUnit is required
* Standard SQL skills is a must (we are using MS SQL Server, not
MySQL)
* Web services knowledge and experience using basic WS* standards
(WSDL, SOAP), XML, XSD
* Experience with XPATH, XSLT, etc
* Design Patterns: Gang of Four (Strategy, Singleton, etc)
* Integration Patterns: Request/Reply.
* Problem solving, root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read syslogs.
* Tools: SVN, Eclipse, XML Spy and/or SOAP UI/Load UI,
* Agile-related experience (Scrum, TDD)
* Open/collaborative/information sharing individual. Mature
professional that is proactive and will "get" information and help as needed.
* excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with web services security issues and design
practices. CA SOA Gateway experience and SAML 2.0 experience is a plus
* Oracle's PHP Professional Edition experience
* Microsoft SQL Server 2008 experience.
* Oracle 10g Database experience, Oracle PLSQL experience
