The following are the details.
- Min 8 yrs of solid .Net development experience.
- Should have worked on Enterprise level large applications.
- Should have excellent knowledge of TSQL, C# and

- Through understanding of design patterns.
- Should have worked in Enterprise library application blocks.
- WinForms Application development experience with C#.Net
-should have Knowledge of WCF, WPF, silver light.
-Experience in WCF, Web Services and XML is a must
= Proficiency in Object oriented design and analysis
- preference for candidates with insurance experience.
Please note that the candidate should have :
1) Very very excellent communication. Communication dictates most of the
time with this manager. So present the candidate who is good in
understanding and communicating in English
