• 6+ years of functional Engineering group experience, preferably in

*Working knowledge (Nice to Have): *
• Chassis/blade technology (*HP*)
• Scripting skills (*Power Shell, PERL, *etc)
• *Server clustering* technologies
• SAN/NAS (preferably *Hitachi and NetApp*)
• Systems management technologies (e.g. *Tivoli Framework*/related
products)
• *LAN/WAN technologies* and *Network protocols* (e.g. routers, switches,
TCP/IP)
• Database technologies (e.g. *Microsoft SQL Server*)
*General skills (Required): *
• Excellent conceptual and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to produce detailed technical documentation and server architecture
diagrams
• Adherence to corporate standards/problem and change management policies
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required
• Professional certifications (e.g. *VCP, VCDX*)
