Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 8-10+ Years of total experience with
minimum 4+ years of business / System analyst experience in Salesforce.com
Technical/Functional Skills :
1. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce.com product functionality,
capabilities and offerings
2. Be aware of industry best practices and current trends in
Salesforce.com implementations
3. Hands on experience in CRM
4. Preferably FMLI certified or other insurance industry recognized
certifications
5. Possess Insurance Domain knowledge of any one or multiple from the
following list:
? Retail / Wholesale Distribution
? Channel management / Agency Management
? New Business and Underwriting
? Policy Servicing
? Life Insurance and Annuities
