Please send resume to: rakes...@inspiron-inc.com Job Title: SQL Database Administrator/Windows Systems Support Location: Phoenix, AZ (only Local candidate) Duration : 12+months JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Director, IT Applications, the Data Base Administrator coordinates activities related to administering computerized databases including definition, organization, documentation, long-term requirements planning and operational guidelines. Ideal candidate will be able to do both SQL DBA support and well as Windows Systems Adiministration JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge, Skills, andAbilities: Requires experience in programming, developing, and maintaining vendor and custom databases. Must have skills in database design and support utilizing relational or on-line transaction based databases. Must have knowledge of HP UNIX, SQL, Cache, and Crystal Reports programs. Must have good math and reasoning skills. Requires the ability to read, write and speak effectively in English. Education or equivalency: Requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field; or an equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible experience that will result in the required specialized knowledge and abilities to perform the assigned work. Experience: Requires at least three to four (3-4) years experience in Database design/development, programming and support utilizing relational or on-line transaction based databases. *Preferred to have:* *Would like to have three to five (3-5) years experience in an enterprise data center environment with above knowledge, skills and abilities. Support experience should include in-depth knowledge of most, if not all, of the following: MS ACTIVE DIRECTORY, MS SQL, MS EXCHANGE, VISIO, DHCP, WINS, DNS, VMWARE 3/ESX, VB SCRIPT, POWERSHELL, WMI, WSUS, AV, CITRIX, NAS/SAN, LINUX, BLACKBERRY (BES) and BACKUP software and TAPE LIBRARY technologies. * -- Many Thanks.
