Two or more years of experience with automation of web based applications, regression testing and release testing. . Expert in Quick Test Pro (QTP) for software quality assurance automation. . Experience with E-Commerce websites . Must demonstrated knowledge of SQA methodologies, SQA processes and software lifecycle. . Outstanding oral and written communication skills. . Active team player - able to collaborate with work team and stakeholders. . Must be a self-starter with strong initiative and logical reasoning. . Able to work independently or within a group setting. QTP Skills . Run automated smoke and regression threads frequently and reporting results as necessary. . Experience with basic programming, VB Scripting and windows shell scripting. . Experience with using descriptive programming for writing, maintaining, and executing Automated Scripts. . Experience with creating and using Automation frameworks. . Maintain QTP components using Shared Repositories. . Utilize In-built functions and develop new custom functions in VBS. . Use functional object libraries, standardize/customize methods and perform test object operations. . Use function libraries and reusable action to create reusable components. .
