They would need to be able to provide a technical design document from a requirements document, build/develop the interface (mappings, pass throughs, XML, webservice, etc) and unit test their build. Ensuring that documentation is in place to transfer back to the team. *Qualifications* Must have robust mapping experience as well as generic mapping experience Must be able to create maps from scratch Understand and have Business process experience Experience with IDOC to XML Must be good communicator Experience in SAP PI is an added benefit, but not required.
