Role: CRM Business analyst with Market research exp Location: Orlando, FL Duration: 3-4 weeks Job Description: We are looking to staff a team for a CRM survey to several hundred employees of a direct client. This survey is regarding feedback from global users of the company's products on Siebel CRM, so some CRM knowledge may come in useful in understanding the feedback, but really we need strong analytical Business Analysts, ideally who have worked with surveys and analyzed the results. We need a good team of Business Analysts who can sift through each of the surveys, code the free text answers to a specific grouping, and build an executive recommendation report based on all the survey results. They should follow industry Best Practices when analyzing the survey results. The Deliverables include Coded Survey Results and a Recommendation Report.
