*Duration: 1+ Years contract* *Location: Raymond, OH.** **Technical Service Manager** Skills/ Experience: *** **Minimum 8 years work experience as Infrastructure Operations Lead, Infrastructure Project Management * Manage the operational and financial performance of the project contract by formalizing contract delivery plans and managing new service requests * Help set and conduct day-to-day infrastructure management of client contract service level agreements (SLAs), acting as a delivery escalation point around client priorities and issues * Manage subcontractors that will provide some areas of IO operations and monitoring services * Effectively leverage IO industrialized service model in day-to-day management of delivery contract%5C * Provides a single point of contact for infrastructure demand requests and conducts planning sessions with client to identify a demand profile to develop the capacity plan * Required to maintain effective client relationships for all production related matters by acting as the first point of contact for client stakeholders on IO incidents/requests * Ensure effective communication and escalations to key Accenture and client stakeholders * Participate in all internal client Quality and Audit Reviews * Responsible for the production of monthly and quarterly Service Management reporting on IO * Ensure the technical infrastructure (servers, network, application and database) are up and running to support the required operations * Ensure that Facilities Management team and subcontractors are performing their job * Ensure all assigned technical deliverables are completed on time and to the required level of quality * Escalate issues related to technical architecture in a timely manner * Create and maintain productive relationships with team members and relevant stakeholders * Monitor and ensure that IO operations team provide resolution / workaround to technical issues and problems escalated * Provide regular status report on assigned tasks to the Service Delivery Manager *** Ensure that the technical documentation are updated and reviewed timely* * *** Ensure that the technical operation evidence is in place** *** Coordinate the tasks between Technical Team and Third Party Management for smooth operation*** ** *Ram kumar* ** *214-281-8452* ** *[email protected]* * * -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-Projects" group.
