- Strong business process knowledge in the Banking/Treasury
Domain
- Experience working in a Solution Manager environment
- Design experience in SAP Deposits Management (DM), Loans (CML),
Collateral Management (CMS)
- Interface design experience to integrate Legacy systems using
SAP NetWeaver.
- Experience as a creative problem solver and self-starter, have
strong programming and analytical skills and be able to work both unassisted
and as part of a high performing team
- Experience proactively identifying, communicating, and
resolving project requirements inconsistencies (e.g. scope, resources,
feasibility, usability, customer value)

- Possesses a BA degree or higher in Information Systems,
Computer Science, or related field
- Desire certification in SAP IS-Banking
- Shall have ITIL Foundation Certification for either ITIL v.2 or
v.3

Possess 5 to 10 years of experience implementing CRM. Involvement in full
SAP CRM implementation lifecycle as either overall lead or solution

- Experience in SAP CRM Application and Development procedures
- SAP CRM 2007 development experience using SAP standard tools
- Demonstrated understanding of SAP CRM server architecture
- Experience working in a Solution Manager environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of SAP CRM module offerings and its
integration points
- Experience with SAP CRM Analysis, design, and documentation skills
- Strong communications skills and ability to communicate and
influence at all levels
