- Candidate should have a minimum of *7-10* years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years of strong experience with core Java/J2ee design /development
- Very Strong understanding and application of Struts1.x, JSF 1.2, AJAX,
spring, *Hibernate *and Jasper Reports
- Applicable experience in utilizing Java design patterns to implement
solutions in application server, presentation layer, and web-services and
standalone batch processes
- Strong understanding of MVC models and frameworks
- Strong understanding of database modeling and database development
(preferably in Oracle).
- Experience converting user requirements into design document.
- UML and System Analysis experience is a plus
- Integration experience with the ERP Oracle (e-business suite) is a plus
- Sun certification in Web development highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
