REQUIREMENT: *SAP Business Objects Designer* *Work Location: Atlanta, GA Rates* *Duration 9 months April 11 start* *Rate Open* Role: Objects Designers (Sr. Cons) Job Description: This position has responsibility for system design, and development surrounding Business Objects for the clients reporting products. Responsibilities: Design and develop universes and complex reports. Interact with various sources of report requests to clarify requirements and develop Business Objects Universes, reports, and dashboards Help establish standards and procedures Evaluate features in new product versions and assess impact and improvements to product development and delivery Be able to clearly articulate design solutions in various documentation efforts Perform other work-related duties as assigned Requirements: BS/BA in computer science, related field, and related job experience. 6 + years overall IT experience. 4 + years job experience within Business Intelligence solutions- specifically on Business Objects toolset Webi, Universe Designer, Crystal Reports, Xcelsius dashboards Experience with SQL required. Knowledge of conceptual and logical database design normalization techniques. Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks. Understanding of data modeling concepts is mandatory Experience building BO solutions off of both relational as well as OLAP data sources Experience with a Data Warehouse/ Business Intelligence Development Methodology.
