*Position Details:* Onsite delivery team of major client project is seeking
experience with 4-8 Java-J2EE developers in successful execution of design
and development phase of the project. The individual must be process
oriented and will heavily participate in technical design and development
effort. The individual will primarily focus on the following
- Reviewing and analyzing project specifications and conceptual design
- Guide the team of developers to design and develop right solution
- Manage to complete detailed project designs, programs, configure and
implement Oracle applications.
- Designs units for others.
- Completes development to implement complex components.
- Designs solutions for others to develop.
- Participates in cross-functional teams.
- Leads design activities
*Knowledge and Skills:*
- Must have at least 3-4 years as a technical team lead for a team of
developers (4-8) in the past with successful track record of implementing
solutions
- Must have at least 6-10 years of full system development life cycle
(SDLC) hands on experience
- Must have working knowledge of QA process around design and development
phase for a COTS product or a Java J2EE implementation project
- Must have at least 4-6 years Java, Java Servlets, Java Server Pages
(JSP), JNDI, JavaScript, XML, HTML, DHTML hands on experience
- Must have at least 4-6 years of Oracle/SQL experience
