*Simi Valley, CA* *9 Month contract (12/2011) with possible extensions* *Job Requirements:* *Mandatory Expectations:* * * - Work directly with the Lead Data Warehouse Architect and Data Modeler to analyze user requirements and translate those requirements into proper system specifications and technical design solutions. - Maintain a high level of competence, professionalism, and systems expertise while working through Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Design and implement ETL solutions which support the requirements of the Business in data scope, data quality, and timeliness of delivery. - Perform unit testing on ETL solutions - Support the QA team and/or End Users during QA Testing and User Acceptance Testing - Implement ETL best practices to ensure and validate data quality and integrity. Work with developers and data source owners to resolve and escalate data issue promptly. - Create and maintain data loading schedules - Collect data load statistics and provide support to data load reporting *Education* - 4 year Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science. - Master’s degree preferred. *Qualifications:* - Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently. - Ability to stay abreast of significant technological developments that may impact the business - In-depth understanding and strong hands-on experience with the Informatica Data Integration Tool Suite (including DAC, IDE, etc.). - Strong understanding of data & application integration concepts. - Experienced in data analysis in relational & dimensional databases (Oracle). - Extensive experience with a 3rd Party Oracle Developer Tool (T.O.A.D., SQL Navigator, etc.). - Strong knowledge of data transfer protocol (ftp). - General knowledge of UNIX Operating System (AIX). - Strong working knowledge of PL/SQL -- Thanks and Regards, Ricky -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-Projects" group.
