• Develops cost-effective information technology solutions by analyzing,
coding, testing, and implementing new and by modifying existing software
applications that are relatively complex with full competency.
• Coordinates with users to determine requirements.
• Reviews systems under development and related documentation.
• Resolves customer complaints and responds to suggestions for improvements
and enhancements.
• Participates in the development of software user manuals.
• May occasionally acts as team leader on less complex projects.
• May assist in training less-experienced software development staff.

*Qualifications *

*Education and Experience*
Required: Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science,
MIS or similar area of study. Five to eight years of previous Information
Technology experience required.
Preferred: Master's Degree.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
Preferred: Salesforce.com certification(s)
Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
• A proven functional/technical professional with at least 2 full lifecycle
SalesForce.com implementations and 5+ years of industry or consulting
experience.
• Extensive experience developing within SalesForce.com.
• Strong configuration and design skills are essential to this position.
• A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems
requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support
procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple
deadlines.
• Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as
part of a high-talent team focused over-delivering customers needs.
• Strong technical foundation including; Advanced structured programming -
APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java, etc., understanding of relational database
concepts and structures, knowledge of SQL, structured system analysis and
design methods, etc.
