Our Client Opening:
Our client, located west of Boston, MA is seeking an experienced
Infrastructure Architect with Microsoft Windows and Storage experience for
the home office in Worcester, MA.
You will be responsible for technology design and selection in assignment to
business initiatives. In this role you will coordinate, direct and lead
project infrastructure activities as well as provide technology direction.
The IA will focus on Microsoft Infrastructure technologies such as Windows,
Active Directory, Clustering and Share Point as well have expertise in the
Storage technologies spaces. This person will work closely with decision
makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and
support cost-effective technology solutions. You will participate in overall
IT planning, and develop Infrastructure strategies bringing current
knowledge and future vision of technology and systems.
The IA’s role works in close partnership with our Build Engineering and
Operational team members. In addition, this role aligns closely with our
Enterprise Architecture team defining technical solutions to business and
technology strategies. This position will be responsible for designing and
delivering Windows and Storage technologies which are fault tolerant, cost
effective, and scalable to support our development, test and production
environments.
