*Roles & Responsibilities:* This position requires considerable experience with the Oracle Hyperion Planning product suite, Essbase, and strong functional and demonstrated project leadership skills. Some of the key responsibilities for the position are as follows: Lead implementation delivery teams in the active execution of engagements in compliance with service deliver methodology and standards. Assist with requirements gathering, developing project scope, and estimating projects Serve as the SME for Technical Design of the future state solution Serve as one of the hands on leaders for implementation of Hyperion Planning and Essbase Develop key business processes for utilizing Hyperion Planning to drive business value for your clients Mentor staff through coaching, collaborating, and project management Utilize technical and industry knowledge to identify complex client issues Build long-term business relationships with key client resources through engagement delivery and networking in professional organizations Participate in business development by assisting in identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal development Assist in managing and providing leadership to teams of staff level professionals and becomes actively involved in staff development and practice management *Required Skills:* Five plus years of relevant work experience with finance planning and analysis including three years of experience in an advisory firm or implementation firm providing high quality client services and technical solutions; ability to travel Three plus years experience in full lifecycle implementations of Hyperion Planning and Essbase BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college/university Three years of Hyperion experience including at least 1 year with Oracle | Hyperion System 11 EPM tools such as Hyperion Financial Management, Financial Data quality Management, Dimensional Relationship Management, and Business Intelligence including Essbase and OBIEE * Thanks & Regards....?
