The following is a brief summary of skill sets needed to work with Norkom applications: XML Screen Configurator (Norkom) Profiling (Norkom) Norkom SQL and Norkom database knowledge Scenario Manager Workflow Management - this is used for cases, alerts and Norkom's Customer Due Diligence module. Norkom application version we are currently using is v5.8.
