* * *Full Name:* *Phone Number:* *Email ID:* *Availability:* *Current Location:* *Visa Status:* *Relocation:* *Rate:* *Employer details:* * * Location: Chicago, IL Start: ASAP Duration: 6-12 months * SAP SALES (SD) Functional analyst* PURPOSE OF THE JOB: • To provide levels 2 & 3 support to all SAP sites & key users to enable them to maximise the use of the Client core SAP models with the main focus on the sites of your region • To help implement new developments & improvements to optimise business processes and help improve site profitability. • To participate in the successful roll-out of the SAP core models to future businesses KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: • As part of the SAP support team, in the USA and Europe, help drive efficiencies across all sites using SAP by enabling users to fully optimize the use of the SAP core model processes, reports and functionalities. • Evaluate business requests/tickets and respond accordingly giving due regard to cost, timings, ROI & sector SAP & IT strategy. • Key expert on the SD area & actively propose and assist in the implementation of agreed improvements and developments within the core model and optimisation of business processes (Customizing, specifications, tests, training). • Actively encourage the sharing of best practices across businesses by proposing/presenting them to the sector’s BRM counterpart. • Ensure all SAP processes are fully documented and kept up to date. • Help successfully implement SAP at future sites in line with the sector SAP roll-out programme and agreed timings and budgets. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: • Knowledge of SAP Sales area (SD) with minimum 5 years working as SAP functional expert.
