Position: Sr. Core Java Developers Location: Pittsburgh, PA Duration: 7 months or possibly longer. Locals or nearby *Responsibilities will include:* - The implementation of core Java code, integration and optimization of field developed custom code, bug fixing for existing features and identifying performance bottlenecks. - The implementation of unit tests and automated functional tests to improve quality and coverage. - The developer will work closely with staff in other groups to assist in the creation of specifications, test plans, and documentation. *Main responsibilities:* - Reviewing Specifications - Designing and Implementing core Java code and algorithms using the Athena Trader API; - Designing and Implementing Automated Tests Analysis - Resolution of Bugs *Required skills:* 1. Financial Market Experience 2. At least two years core Java SE development experience 3. Five years total development experience, between Java, C, C++, .NET 4.
