Exposure to Win 2008 R2 is desired. The requirement is for a build release engineer with exposure to SMS (Systems Management Server) or SCCM (Systems Center Configuration Manager). Job Description Details: Create Imaging Strategy. Develop three stage migration process to migrate off existing deployment tool-set: Stage 1, Move from Ghost to SCCM deployment tools Stage 2, Rebuilds using DVD/USB Media Stage 3, Automatic Builds from the network · Migrate all existing ghost images to the Windows Imaging Format in order to allow them to be properly deployed; · Identify what core settings have changed or set in the old images (documented and undocumented changes); · Split out the different types of images creating script-driven installations that will then be used together with the generic image · Core applications that will go into the reference image will need to be reviewed and repackaged · Develop a migration strategy to allow User-State migration (saving and restoring all applicable user settings at migration). · Provide training, resources and documentation to Infrastructure teams. · Operating system deployment using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager · Experience building, testing, & deploying Windows operating systems into large-scale environments (including: Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 7 Embedded, & Windows Server 2008 R2) · Proficient Scripting skills (including vbscript, batch scripting, & PowerShell) Thanks & Regards Mike Burgeon IT Services LLC (A group of Adam Information Technologies, LLC.)
