Summary:
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science or related technical field.
Graduate degree preferred.
· Minimum of five years of complete solution development experience working
with relevant SJM platforms as identified below.
o SiteCore Web Content Management System (1 year minimum V6.x)
o C#
o ASP.NET
o ADO.NET
o SQL Server
o XML
· Advanced knowledge of requisite SJM frameworks including .NET
· Demonstrated project experience using full life cycle methodologies
including waterfall, RUP and XP.
· Excellent technical, communication, and customer service skills
· Ability to translate customer requirements into strong designs with
practical implementation.
· Demonstrated ability to provide technical guidance to contractors, vendors
and junior team members.
· Able to independently tackle complex assignments with significant initial
ambiguity.
· Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills in helping train and develop
junior development staff.
