* Business Analyst - FX Simplification * *Location: Stamford, CT* ** Role Summary: This consulting role will serve as a Business Analyst for the design and implementation of FX Simplification project tracks, which will primarily focus on delivering reporting solutions for hedging, trading and accounting functions in Treasury. You will work with risk business users, Wall Street systems IT COE & enabling technology IT COEs for delivering necessary documents and solutions. Responsibilities: · Drive requirements gathering sessions to extract all necessary information to the minute levels for FX simplification tracks. Identify data issues, reporting gaps and provide ideas to resolve them either with the help of functional team or technical teams. · Generate functional and technical documents required during each phase of the SDLC life cycle for Data architecture, ETL and reporting teams. · Coordinate project life cycle activities, including the deliverables for PMO tollgates and developing training plans. · Conduct JAD (Joint application design) sessions and adhere to best practices applied for data warehousing and business intelligence processes. · Timely communication with business users and IT teams to ensure technology initiatives are broadly understood and consistent with business & enabling technology strategy. Basic Qualifications: · Experience in generating use cases, test cases, process maps and other typical SDLC life cycle documents. · Experience in data warehouse and business intelligence activities and processes. · Strong communication skills. · Strong experience in SDLC and JAD methodologies.
