Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 6-12+ Months *

*Position Summary:
The Middleware Developer will be involved in all aspects of the development
lifecycle, from gathering requirements through delivery of a middleware
solution to on-going maintenance and enhancement.
This role will involve design of interfaces from internal and external
systems.
It will require working with internal and external clients, communicating,
explaining design of interfaces.

The role will require:
Review, analysis and modification of interfaces, including coding, testing,
debugging and installing to support the organization’s middleware
application, architecture, and standards
Experience and judgment for planning, communicating, and achieving these
goals
“Hands on” design and development
Being involved in the change management of the maintenance and enhancements
of the product to insure that the future direction isn’t impacted
Have a in depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion SOA Suite and Middleware concepts
Essential Functions

Technical Expert: As the Subject Matter Expert that will help drive the
definition of the technical middleware architecture, define components for
the design and development, as well identify skills/resources required for
development.
Development: Participate as needed in the development and implementation of
Middleware software based on approved design. Write new programs or create
modifications to existing applications as necessary based on project
requirements. Follow established standards for the design, coding, and
testing of software.
Testing: Review test plans, test files, and scripts for unit testing through
integration testing. Work with users to validate system testing and
conformity with functional requirements.
Implementation: Follow appropriate change management and implementation
procedures. Ensure that appropriate technical and functional documentation
is prepared. Coordinate the implementation process.

Support:
Provide guidance on technical troubleshooting and coordinates support with
vendors and internal support teams.
Provide support to new applications during and after implementation
The Middleware Developer will be involved in all aspects of the development

Required Qualifications:
B.S. or B.A required, preferred in Computer Science or related field
10+ years experience in implementation of large scale Middleware
applications
Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware version 10g or above. Very Strong
experience with BPEL, ESB , OSB , SOA Suite 10.1.3.3 and above
Experience with AIA PIPs, AIA Concept, AIA Foundation Pack
Weblogic Middleware Product Stack, as well as other middleware products (IBM
Websphere stack)
Experience with Service Orientated Architecture (SOA)
Experience integrating applications with business and partner applications,
preferably through a middleware, SOA type solution
Excellent open and proactive written and oral communication skills
Ability to work in team-oriented environment
Ability to work in matrix managed environment
Demonstrated logic and programming knowledge with tools such as Java and
PL/SQL.
Proven analytical skills
Strong customer service orientation.
Knowledge of business process development and improvement*
