*Specific Requirements: * The Agile Project Manager will fulfill the role of ScrumMaster and Agile Business Analyst. Comerica Agile teams are dedicated and cross-functional with all members contributing to velocity. *ScrumMaster responsibilities: * Ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to. Facilitate Scrum meetings: daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives and planning meetings. Maintain agile artifacts and metrics including Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, burn down metrics and velocity. Lead a team to self-organization. Balance product delivery, team sustainability and client satisfaction. Desire to bring disclosure and transparency to the business about development and grow business trust. Facilitate communication between the technical and business stakeholders. Prioritize and remove barriers that impede progress, including escalation when necessary. Effectively manage Release Planning including schedule and budget. Facilitate discussion and facilitate alternatives or different approaches. *Agile Business Analyst responsibilities: * Gather and write requirements in the form of User Stories. Assist stakeholders with acceptance criteria definition. Perform manual/exploratory tests on early-stage code. Create automated acceptance tests. *Qualifications: * 2 years experience in a ScrumMaster role (Agile PM) with cross-functional Agile teams 2 years experience writing User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and Product Backlog grooming. 6 years experience with IS development and support technologies. Experience with automated testing tools (JBehave, Fit, Fitnesse, HP Quick Test Pro), strongly desired.
