Manage project delivery expectations and relationships with customers, stakeholders, partners and project team Projects : (1)KOfax/Open text roll out for EU ; (2) Kofax stabilization and (3) AP Process improvement and stabilization - Identifies risk, mitigates and provide contingencies as well as proactively communicates them to appropriate stakeholders. - Manages escalations and customer expectations. - Assesses forecast demands and pro-actively suggests and recommends possible opportunities to engage with the customers.
