Must have 5-9+ yrs of yrs managing the customer relationship from a technical support perspective. utilizing *Documentum products and technologies* including: *a. **Creating custom information types, * *b. **workflow processes, * *c. **Categorization structures, etc.. * · Strong pluses include: Core Documentum, Task Space, media workspace, DAM, DocSciences, 2. Must have understanding the customer’s technical environment, projects and applications, maintenance of customer’s technical profile and regular issue reviews. 3. Must be able to build & interact , and expand internal relationships with key functional groups to aid in problem-solving and in providing the customer the information they need to be successful. 4. Must be able to provide reports on all activity involving technical and customer management issues 5. Familiarity & aability to make engineering code changes, review customer code, write scripts and debuggers to aid in problem resolution, and make re-usable as needed in one or more of the following languages: JAVA, HTML, XML, C++. 6. Must have an architectural understanding of one or more operating systems (NT, HPUX, Solaris, AIX) 7. Must have sstrong team leadership skills, being able to clearly communicate with others – listen (seeking to understand), and make suggestions freely. 8.
