Title : PL/SQL Oracle Developer Location : Nashville,TN Duration : 6 Months Will hire off phone interview- Phone interview on Tuesday, will start on the 18th. Must-haves This is basically a PL/SQL Oracle Programmer . They will be given technical design and they will have to program it. System Analyst - Supply Chain/Pricing, while reporting to the Sr. Director Merchandise Systems, functions as a technical expert for systems, applications and tools used to support Supply Chain/Merchandising/Pricing. The Systems Analyst consults with users to identify current operating procedures, clarify program objectives, and develops detailed specifications for new applications or changes to existing applications that further the company goals while also providing technical guidance to other team members, assisting in reviewing and testing deliverables, and providing technical leadership during the implementation of systems. Work Experience and/or Education Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Services. Candidates may also be pursuing a four year degree with a minimum of seven years of experience in Information Systems. Experience developing with Perl in a Unix/Linux environment required. At least 5 years' experience developing with Oracle PL/SQL required. At least 1 years' experience developing in Java required; Swing/Netbeans experience an added benefit. Experience with other tools or development methodologies desired: Opcon, Trac, CVS/Subversion, XML, messaging. Duties & Responsibilities Plans, estimates, and coordinates tasks related to application implementation or enhancement. Assists in implementing system enhancements or new systems by designing, programming, testing and documenting. Provides regular support for existing tools and procedures (7 X 24). Identifies and corrects flaws and/or procedural gaps related to applications being implemented. Ensures quality of enhancements or new procedures developed by team members.
