Should be familiar with standard software development and package implementation strategies. Will work with application / project teams to utilize the defined testing methodology, work products, templates, and procedures. In a testing capacity, the individual must have experience in developing test scripts, requirement traceability, and script execution. Needs to be familiar with both automated and manual testing approaches. Must have the ability to understand complex conceptual and logical application architecture data flow, use case and test case development. Will need to foster best practices for software quality assurance to contribute to higher quality in software and services. 1. Analyze, coordinate and track QA testing efforts throughout project life cycle 2. Define and execute automated and manual test scripts to ensure quality of E-Commerce applications 3. Actively support and/or lead technical QA projects 4. Create, maintain, and summarize QA related documentation to include test plans 5. Reviews technical designs, mock-ups, scripts, and other work products for new functionality/features 6. Participate in department process improvement initiatives 7. Applies and upholds software QA methodologies and standards 8. Review, track and validate software requirement documentation for testing traceability and coverage *Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: * · *5+ years, total work experience* · *3+ years as software Tester / QA analyst * · *Bachelor’s degree preferred* · *Normal office environment* *Non-Negotiable Skills Criteria**: * 1. Must be a self-starter and possess ability to work under pressure 2. With minimal supervision, independently design, develop and execute test cases that exercise business logic and validate test results against requirement specifications 3. Technical understanding of system application and database environments 4. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities 5. Ability to work in fast pace environment 6. Proficiency with MS Office applications 7. Strong analytical, decision-making, and interpersonal skills 8.
