They are an agile development group using 2-3 weeks sprints that will require each developer to execute their own unit testing (they use Spirateam) and will also be involved in peer code review* * *Consultant’s Day to day responsibilities (What will the consultant deliver for you)* - Participate in daily stand ups and 2-3 week development sprints as part of the agile/scrum approach - Prototype new applications - Collect feedback on prototypes - Design and develop UI for the next generation of product offerings *Biggest Technical Challenge the consultant will face:* o Biggest technical challenge will be to leverage a strong fundamental understanding of OO design principles in an enterprise architecture.
