I need some help finding candidates for an SAP CO position that I have in Horsham, PA, which is a suburb of Philadelphia. The issues that are affecting me are that I don't have a solid job description other than they want strong CO skills. The other issue is that they have an extremely tight budget so that are asking for resources at $50 per hour, all inclusive. This project is expected to last 3 months. Please let me know if you have anyone, but remember, even at the super low rate, the candidate must have strong CO skills.
