Job Description :

Comment: Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, access, and
backup for enterprise wide systems. Technologies supported include operating
systems, servers, networks, system security, hardware and other software
applications. Troubleshoot system issues, resolve or recommend solutions.
Create and manage system documentation, including configurations and backup
procedures. Create patches and updates as needed. Participate in the
definition and implementation of system components including new servers,
hardware, software and upgrades. Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot
operating systems. Must possess solid knowledge of operating systems and
networking hardware and software. 6+ years of experience functioning in a
Systems Administrator capacity is required.

Education:

Requisition Notes: Senior SharePoint /Citrix Administrator within the
Infrastructure environment Deploy, optimize, and maintain critical systems
to ensure maximum uptime. Assists in the design, and architecting of new
applications and services. Ensures all new builds are congruent with
existing standards. Must be able to multitask within an environment of
rapidly changing priorities. Must be able to work through difficult issues
in an effective, pragmatic fashion. Must be able to work in a team
environment and communicate well to all levels of management. Must possess
good organizational and facilitation skills including the ability to
prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
Initiate and maintain service desk tickets to include receiving or
identifying incident/problem, track process, find resolution, make necessary
correction to the incident/problem area, and close ticket. Configuring and
supporting the day-to-day system management tasks such as trouble-shooting,
backup management and performance tuning. Implements process and documents
procedures to ensure consistency in the environment. Maintains system
stability, performance monitoring and storage capacity requirements. Work
with developers to deploy custom applications and site definitions. Ensure
appropriate auditing, quotas and usage information and search settings are
consistently maintained throughout the firm. Create and configure SharePoint
sites and site collections as required by users/projects. Deploy and
maintain workflows, timer tasks and content types. Maintain IIS application
pools, thread gardens, web sites. Track and optimize system performance,
security and storage utilization and plan ahead for necessary hardware or
software upgrades to support the environment. Plan for migration to future
versions of any relevant products in the technology stack Insofar as
possible, transfer knowledge about system operations to end-users. Help to
identify essential skills and training needs.. Provides 24x7 on-call support
for SharePoint in rotation with other team members. Provide third level user
assistance. Other duties as assigned. Citrix Qualifications: Citrix
experience in a large enterprise (5 - 10 yrs) Ability to package complex
applications. Experience configuring and supporting NetScaler for use with
CAG. Application virtualization using multiple Citrix solutions. Proven
ability to deploy applications using standardized methods. Familiar with
best practices and keeps up with evolution of technology. Experience
migrating hundreds of applications to XenApp 5.0 or 6.0 on a Windows 2008
x64 platform. Printing experience as it relates to Citrix. Monitoring and
troubleshooting of Citrix systems. Troubleshooting of escalated issues from
helpdesk and triage team. Building of Citrix servers using a combination of
imaging and automation. Demonstrated experience with EdgeSight and EdgeSight
for load testing. Mastery of Group Policies in a large siloed Citrix
environment. General VMware experience with emphasis on virtualization of
Citrix application servers. Scripting experience with PowerShell and VBS
Thinks outside the box with little to no direction on project and
remediation efforts. Must partake in on call support rotation. 5-10 years
Active Directory management a plus.
