*4-6 months contract * *Raleigh, North Carolina. * Oracle Functional/Technical Consultant 75/25 % 1) Functional/config roll-so must be a good communicator 2) PTO/ Accruals project delivery experience 3) Fast Formula profiency for HRMS-which is the table validation and configuration tool set. 4) Testing to ensure business requirements functionality is met and delivered. They need someone who is very strong on the Functional side and the manager stressed to us that they need someone with very strong experience in the area of PTO/accruals. Need to have thorough knowledge working with HRMS details (i.e. employee, emp transfers, orgs, and hierarchy data). Will be required to work with an implementation team to map, design and build interfaces of these data sets to third party Work Force Management system.
