This role will provide technical subject matter expertise and operational 
support for the Hosting Infrastructure Services team.  Responsibilities include:

- Perform 24X7 production support (on-call rotation) for the server 
infrastructure environments
- Establish command and control during incident bridges and drive vendor teams 
towards identification and circumvention where appropriate
- Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise during incidents 
linked to server/storage infrastructure
- Escalate incidents where needed to ensure appropriate resources are engaged 
internally and externally within the hosting vendor
- Establish diagnostic procedures or scripts to be executed during incidents to 
validate health of server/storage components
- Partner with application production support teams to diagnose, troubleshoot 
and drive closure to incidents and problems linked to server/storage 
infrastructure
- Lead hosting vendors through root cause analysis efforts for incidents linked 
to server/storage infrastructure
- Establish relationships within the support organization and identify 
opportunities for increased collaboration or improvement
-Identify, research, and drive resolution of issues or gaps that present risk 
to the health of the Storage environment.
-Contribute to process development and documentation efforts (e.g. Monitoring 
/Alerting processes, Reporting processes, etc)
-Document standard operating procedures.
