Position: Mainframe tester
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 6months+
Job Description :
6+ years of testing experience especially on applications developed in
Mainframe.
Analyzing Business Requirements for creating and reviewing test ware
Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Scenarios and Test Cases.
Experience in Test cases execution, Defect Tracking, Defect Analysis and
participating in meetings with clients.
Should have knowledge on Test estimation, Optimum use of tools and
techniques
Excellent Communication and Documentation Skills
Prior experience of handling a team of 5+ is a must.
Be able to understand and explain the STLC life cycle and methodologies.
Should have knowledge on batch processing, JCL,CICS, VSAM errors and be able
to assist team resolving issues.
Hands on working experience on Quality Center (QC) tool
Hands-on working experience on Mainframe system, SQL queries and RDBMS
concepts.
Flexibility to work in onsite/ offshore model
Domain and Working knowledge in Retail or Pharma will be an advantage
