*Job Title : Senior Business Analyst ** Location: Richmond, VA Duration: 6 -12+months Max rate: $43/hr only Must have experience working with Quality Center and DOORS. **Must be local or nearby face to face required after phone interview. *** *Discription: ** The ideal candidate will have 5 – 7 years of business analyst experience with a strong business requirements understanding, automated analysis tools, especially Trait Ability Matrix and full understanding of the full life cycle requirements of a project. Essential Job Responsibilities Gain an understanding of the IPAC system and its components and functionality. Evaluation of the current state of as-is requirements for the IPAC application. Evaluation of requirements gathering/maintenance and test planning activities related to FMS’ Rapid Application Development (RAD) release methodology. Identify requirements definition and test improvements, and develop an appropriate action plan for their implementation. Develop an approach, format, and methodology for maintaining/managing business requirements, including function and non-functional requirements, use cases, requirements traceability, and test scenarios/scripts, that is compatible with DOORS and Quality Center. Transfer knowledge on the requirements definition and testing methodology to the Bank staff for further IPAC testing activities. Essential Qualifications/Experience Experience with requirements elicitation, analysis and development. Experience facilitating requirements collection/determination activity. Experience working with or coordinating development of IT testing artifacts, such as use cases, RTMs, and test scripts. Experience with requirements tools, such as DOORS. Experience with automated systems used to facilitate test artifact storage and retrieval processes, such as Quality Center. Experience working on IT requirements definition and test activities for federal government agencies, preferably the U.S. Treasury Department.
