Experience Required: - Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills - Solid experience, and track record of success, in researching and resolving issues with the EDIFECS application in a Windows environment (minimum of 3+ years of experience) - Experience with providing customer L1/L2 production support for Windows servers and hosted applications; i.e., working with Service Manager, the Cluster Manager, reviewing and maintaining disk allocations and resource utilizations on the Windows servers and connections to associated Network Drives (NAS drives) - Experienced in developing and executing SQL queries (for Sequel databases) and the tools necessary to execute the queries. - Experience with US Health Care IT processing and specifically both HIPAA 4010 and 5010 transaction processing within EDIFECS. - Experience in deploying and configuring files that support the EDIFECS applications - Experienced with MQ Series, monitoring and resolving issues with queue managers.
