I need someone with experience with the payment card industry (credit cards, gift cards, debit cards), also electronic payments, electronic certificates, EBTs (Electronic Benefits Transfer - food stamps). All of the government and banking regulations around these forms of payment. This person needs to have expertise in this area, and needs to have excellent verbal and written communication skills. They need to be able to work with the Business unit, the IS team (designers, other analysts, SQA teams, developers), and the external vendors.
