Must have very strong SSIS experience. Candidates must have worked in a large environment. Their database is over 4+ terabytes. Must have strong SSIS. Must be experienced with ETL methodology, BI Development principles. Position #2: Business Analyst Location: MA Duration: 11 months MUST have Oracle's Warehouse and Spares Management modules experience!! Need an analyst with significant knowledge of Oracle's Warehouse and Spares Management modules, Inventory related transactions and Customer Service Spares business processes. Preferably someone that has implemented rollup patches to these modules. The roles of this person would be to analyze the functional changes to these modules and then working with business help determine either how to modify business process to accept new functionality or modify the functionality. Position #3: Business Analyst Location: MA Duration: 6+ months MUST have either OLAP or Cognos experience!! This is a functional Business Analyst position, so please do NOT send me anyone who is technical. The Senior Business Application Analyst provides broad functional and technical expertise within multiple business areas in the review, analysis, development and implementation of business processes and applications with minimal supervision. The incumbent will be responsible for designing, implementing and modifying multiple custom applications or Oracle modules. The Senior Analyst will consult on resolution of complex production problems and leads internal customers in new product reviews or pilots and identifies ways to streamline IT processes and improve the quality of customer services. The Senior Analyst may function as Project Manager for IT related activities in large projects or as Project Manager for less complex projects. This Senior Business Application Analyst role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience implementing Data Warehouse solutions. Additional skill sets and experience required for this role include: thorough understanding of Extraction, Transform and Load (ETL) processes, understanding of the logical database design process, data modeling and data-mart design and understanding of OLAP compared to OLTP systems. This role requires familiarity with identifying associated business processes within the BI/DW reporting requirements and the ability to work effectively in a team environment in which they thrive through collaboration with others to produce quality solution sets in a fast paced environment.
