They will coordinate and facilitate activity working in conjunction with the VP, Risk Management to ensure follow through and successful delivery of their projects or programs. Efforts are geared toward ensuring that business and operational risks, when weighed against business opportunities, are well managed and acceptable. Will work with group to develop processes that help mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and protect PREI’s brand Actively assist management with review and analysis of new initiatives (including complex structured products) and projects, the development and implementation of appropriate control standards, and provide project management support Assist management with all aspects of the audit process, including conducting pre-self assessment, planning, coordinating action plan development and execution Establish, maintain and manage relationships with Asset Management and PREI Business and Functional Leaders, as well as the larger Risk Management community, Internal Audit, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Finance staff Will assist in supporting Sarbanes-Oxley efforts and related reviews.
