Remedy 7.6.x ITSM Suite application knowledge (w/CMDB)
Remedy AR Server knowledge
Linux server knowledge - nice to have
Windows server knowledge
Oracle Database knowledge

6-8 years

·       Experience with loading foundation data using spreadsheets
·       Able to support configuration/customizations/overlays to Remedy 
applications
·       Able to determine the difference between a customization and a 
configuration and suggest best-practice solutions
·       Remedy install and patch upgrade
·       Know where to find log files and other pertinent information
·       Keep linux servers OS and SW up-to-date with latest version
·       Be able to apply AR Server patches to linux servers
·       Keep windows servers OS and SW up-to-date with latest version
·       Apply MidTier patches to windows servers
