*Location:Raleigh, NC* *Duration:12 Months* Need someone with DHHS experience or someone who has worked with foodstamp programs Required: • Minimum of (8) years of experience in the programming, and design of large-scale IBM mainframe based systems using DB2, SPUFI, QMF, MVS, JCL, Cobol, CICS, Hourglass, Transcentury, Finalist, Streamweaver, Advance Function Printing, BMSGT, XPEDITER, EASYTRIEVE, FILE-AID, BMC Utilities, Connect Direct, ZEKE, SYSTEMWARE, ENDEVOR, CA Intertest. • Considerable familiarity with structured system development methodologies and programming languages. • Experience in business process analysis, writing detailed program specifications, coding, debugging, Project tracking, implementation planning and Interface testing. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Excellent analytical skills.
