- Experience developing user facing applications in C# .Net. Strong
knowledge of VSTO, user interface components, and threading
- 5+ years of experience in MS SQL. Fluent with SQL queries, stored
procedure, functions, and database performance tuning
- 3+ years of experience in *Linux/Unix shell programming*
- Good software development discipline: employ design patterns, develop
unit tests, continuous integration
- Good inter-personal skills. Is a team player. Open for new ideas and
suggestions. Willing to share his or her opinions. Receptive to
constructive feedback
- Strong communication skills in reading, writing, and daily interaction
- Desirable Skills
- Past experience developing the presentation layer of research analytic
tools integrated with Excel/Word
- Experience developing Silverlight application
