Job Title: Enterprise Content Management Project (Sharepoint) Location: Raleigh, NC 27604 Duration: Longterm Contract PLEASE SEND ME THE RESUME ON [email protected] *****MUST BE LOCAL TO NC***** *****FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW REQUIRED***** Job Description: The NC Department of Transportation Project Management Office is seeking to fill a short-term (approx. 12 month) contractor assignment to provide EDMS Services in the following areas: Duties and Responsibilities will include: • Business Analysis of ECM implantations • Technical coordination of the technical team as directed by the ECM Project Manager • Development of requirements that meet business needs with inputs from the Enterprise Architect • Development of group specific Taxonomies, Metadata and Security Permission requirements • Planning and design of migrations from shared-drives into Open Text (including templates, Workflows and Reports) • Planning and design of Backfile conversions from paper to the ECM digital repository • Defining and documenting records management retention schedules for all DOT business areas • Planning of integration of projects between ECM and other IT services and business specific applications(Example: Active Directory, Intranet) • Design of SharePoint collaborative team sites that integrate with Open Text • Development of new or enhanced ECM services to support business Processes (Example: eSignature) • Provide knowledge transfer and training to the IT staff.
