*Description: We are actively seeking an IBM Certified (or relevant experience) ClearQuest schema designer to build a set of discrete functions in our primary ClearQuest schema using the PERL and Visual Basic interpreted **languages. A fundamental/expert understanding of the IBM ClearQuest architecture and IBM ClearQuest Application Programmers Interface (API) is required. The candidate should be able to show mastery and **previous successes of designing stateful and stateless record types, including form, hook and action development. After the initial ClearQuest schema work is complete the candidate's expert PERL/VB skills will be leveraged to improve business critical algorithms used during the software and firmware build and release automated **systems. Excellent communication skills and excellent organization skills are required for success. Candidate will work within a small and nimble team of IBM Certified Configuration Management/Automation Specialists. Job Requirements: BS in Computer Science or higher degree. Expert knowledge in the PERL interpreted language. 2-5 years of experience developing ClearQuest schemas 2-5 years build & release management for software/firmware/embedded/web applications. Excellent communication skills. Excellent organization skills. Proven experience with IBM ClearQuest 7.0. Optional: Relational database/SQL knowledge, (Microsoft SQL Server). Good knowledge in programming language C, C++ or Java. Understands operating system concepts. Linux & Windows System Administration skills. Experience With IBM ClearQuest 7.1.0.2 or later.
