QA Analyst Loc : Phoenix AZ Duration 8+ Months Rate: $42-45/hr c2c Short Description: QA Analyst with experience in Rational Tools specifically Rational Functional Tester and Test Manager. Technical skills include JAVA and experience in developing automated test scripts. Complete Description: The qualified candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in Rational Tools specifically Rational Functional Tester and Test Manager. Technical skills include JAVA and experience in developing automated test scripts. Mainframe Testing Experience Highly Desired, Manual Testing Experience a must. Must be able to Read, Write and Execute SQL Queries. Must be Highly skilled in all aspects of the Testing Lifecycle. Experience with the other Rational products would be helpful: ClearCase, ClearQuest. Other Required Experience/Skills: BS/BA equivalency or any combination of four years relevant work experience and completed years of relevant college coursework. An additional 2-4 years progressively responsible experience demonstrating advanced knowledge of application systems, development and integration services, ability to apply problem analysis/resolution techniques and knowledge of systems design. Behavior Characteristics: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to create and follow procedures, possess the ability to work unsupervised.
